Check-in was fast. The room had everything I needed. The hotel has a gym on site. I was also surprised by a turn down service with special details from Jolita from housekeeping.

The room was beautiful and clean. It had toiletries, towels, bathrobes and a dyson hairdryer. A big tv and wireless charging were present. blackout blinds. The room included a toaster and many drinking glasses, with generous space.

I stayed in a superior king room, it was modern. turn down service happened each night. It was excellent. my husband said the pancakes at breakfast were amazing!
the drinks menu was good. but some seating was a little unusual.

their email communications provided flexibility on room reservations. they also ensured a price point was good for me. the associate call back as promised and were prompt in email responses. the level of information was good.
the priority should be guests, i think. both main bars was hired for private events and no alerts about this were given. we couldn't enjoy a drink as a family. they only said room service could be ordered. the restaurant bar on the seventh floor was by the lavatory.
